I love this time of year it’s a very creative month for all of us, we tend to clean everywhere for some reason and clear clutter, so clearing last year’s negativity.

It’s a time for color and plenty of it. The trees are bright green with flowers appearing. The ground is budding with daffodils of yellow, to give us the strength we need to carry on through the year ahead. The outside world always shows us the way in life we have allot to thank Mother Earth for.

For all you ladies out there wishing or wanting a pregnancy. Here is some of the old fashioned ways.

Eating an hard boiled egg

Or anything egg shaped for the month

A Man should have plenty of citrus stuff to help him down stairs as they say.

And lots of cups of teas for the ladies.

Holding someone elses new born child is lucky

Or to be given a newborn nappy from a close friend for you to use in a candle magick spell is good.

Apples or course is full of fertility.

Wearing a moonstone is given for a birth or if you know it it’s called the devils stone, and this is the white crystal with stripes of black. Called (howlite)

It’s known that if you see a Hare or rabbit by chance a birth is foretold.

Another is to give eggs painted with plenty of creation will bring luck to a young women or a women wishing for a child.

So stick a pin into the egg blow out the centre then carefully create your egg this is known as the nurturing part of motherhood. There is always a reason why witches/pagans ECT do things even symbols have a meaning to us nothing is at all wasted everything is sacred to us.

DAWN WRIGHTS SPELL

would have hoped you had done what was asked of you in March so we can begin

Getting your body ready for this month, you should eat pomegranate and also apples or apple juice, or even better go out find an apple tree ask Mother Earth

Permission and try to get the Sapp from the three and rub in your hands or face what little you will get, even better take your man and be brave go away to Avalon (Glastonbury) and make love under an apple tree, then go into the chalice well healing water and ask for your wish but wow the water is very very cold its worth a trip but don’t worry its not necessary.
 
So again making a little space to call your own in your home where you can dance and put plenty of energy within it.

Then cleanse yourselves have a lovely bath again together cleanse each other.

Place all your objects in the centre of your own made circle, so the yellow paper with wishes on again red pen, rose oil or incense burning, this time a little different, you have to find the north of your circle as this is going to be your altar putting your pink candle in the middle a bowl of salt to the right and a bowl of water to the left, and the rest of your stuff in front of you on the altar.

Now once you have found the north part just put four white tea candles to each element. So East would be for communication between you both truths, and letting Earth mother hear your words in the wind. Then we get to south where as we say is the warmth and nurturing of the element so it keeps you level headed.

We then head West, this element can go either way just like the south one can, it depends on how fast flowing your life is or troubled, so the West element helps you to slow down a little takes the twists out of life and clears the way for the proper flow and timing within your life.

We then head back towards your altar being the earth element of course. Do you like the outside? Do you see through an every day person’s eyes, or a spiritual/witches one, meaning do you see everything around you alive and full of color or are you ignorant to it. So this element will teach you life in lots of different ways, and that is down to you.

Make sure that you have all the tea candles on each element within the circle. And try not to leave it once started. Now I am not going to tell you everything because your not a witch, so I will do the rest for you as asked. But the saying below must be said three times then burnt of course into a bowl. I would prefer that both of you do this as it will have more affect, you could both even get one of those Chinese lanterns, and both of you put wishes on and set it alight and watch the neighbors house though you don’t want there’s setting alight. You can even put candle magick into it by you both inscribing into the pink candle a word, e.g., to be a mum, to be a dad, strength, fertility for dawn and so on. I wish this spell to be done on Monday the 18th April as this is a full moon and is the strongest time to do the spell.

Mother I know it’s a lot to ask of thee.
Grant me a child of yours to look after for thee
I will make promises that I shall keep
And stand proud for all to see
That to be a mother is not taken likely
Let it be done
So mote it be

While Dawn is getting on with her stuff I will be performing a great ritual

And using the pink Hare Candle as a symbol of the fertility needed within this spell as well as a few different candles and a few words well a lot of words to help Dawn along her path, to get healthy first, then for mother earth to give when she is ready to.

Anyone can try these types of spells; let me say straight away there is no wrong or right way to do anything, as we are all here to learn…
