Angelic Crystals

2012 is going to be a year of immense change for all of us. To assist you with the changes you will face on a day to day basis, I would suggest you work with the amazing energies of Archangel Metatron who is the 'Angel of Ascension and the beautiful crystal known as Phenacite.

Phenacite is used for inner visions and interdimensional travel. People who have worked for many years metaphysically with crystals classify phenacite as having the 'highest' vibration yet found in any stone.

Phenacite

Phenacite also spelt Phenakite is a fairly rare nesosilicate mineral consisting of beryllium orthosilicate, Be2SiO4. Occasionally faceted and used as a gemstone, phenacite occurs as isolated crystals. On the Mohs hardness it is high, being 7.5 - 8. They are sometimes perfectly colorless and transparent, but more often they are greyish or yellowish and only translucent. It is found in the Urals of Russia and of the Pikes Peak region in Colorado (USA). It has also been found in Norway, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Mexico, Zimbabwe, Switzerland, Zambia, Tanzania and Burma. The indices of refraction are higher than those of quartz, beryl or topaz; a faceted phenacite is consequently rather brilliant and may sometimes be mistaken for diamond!

For gem purposes the stone is cut in the brilliant form, of which there are two fine examples, weighing 34 and 43 carats (6.8 and 8.6 g), in the British Museum.

History: The name phenacite is from the Greek word meaning deceiver, an allusion to its deceptively similar look to quartz or topaz.

In my opinion Phenacite is the highest and most powerful angelic crystal. This is due to the instant cleansing of the auric
field normally activated by this crystal. This happens when the user’s energy field is bathed in pure 'White Light'.
Phenacite is also used for third eye activation.

Initiation: Basically phenacite - activates, initiates, supports and sustains the ascension process.
It is most frequently used for visionary experiences and interdimensional travel.

Physical: Improves brain function, brain imbalances and nerve damage.

Emotional:  Phenacite encourages you to become a spiritual hero in the worldly battlefield, be brave, be undaunted, be a spiritual soldier; to conquer the inner war with the mind and the senses, for it is more terrible than the external war; to soar high into the regions of bliss.

Mentally: Phenacite guides us to focus on the underlying oneness that supports and pervades all creation.

Psychologically: Phenacite provides 'spiritual courage' so you can control your emotions, your experiences, so you can live your life without doubt or fear.

Spiritual:  Phenacite is a wonderful guide to the initiations we are experiencing at this time.

Magic: Phenacite helps you access distant memories and past lives, it instantly taps into ancestral energies.

Meditation: When used in meditation Phenacite activates the Soul Star chakra.

Initiations into the ancient mysteries are stored within its vibrational structure. Healing Placement: Phenacite holds the key of the superior human vibration within its structure, it is a flowing graceful matrix primer of healing and is used to clear, align and balance the chakra system. Wearing phenacite in jewellery keeps you in a constant state of alignment with your higher self, guides, angels and ascended Masters.

Cleansing:  Phenacite has such a 'high' vibration it normally never needs cleansing. But, if you feel you want to cleanse your phenacite I suggest you hold the stone under running water (a natural stream or clear mountain spring is perfect) for several minutes and visualise imbalances flowing away. Then put in the sunlight to dry and recharge.

Archangel Metatron

There are numerous possible etymologies for the name Metatron. Who is the most supreme angelic being. Some scholars believe that if the name Metatron originated in Hekhalot-Merkabah texts (such as 3 Enoch), then it may be a made up magic word. Others suggest the name may originate from either Mattara (מטרא) "keeper of the watch" or the verb MMTR (ממטר) "to guard, to protect". Metatron seems to be made up of two Greek words, after and throne, μετὰ θρóνος (meta thronos), taken together as "one who serves behind the throne" or "one who occupies the throne next to the throne of glory".
The Latin word Metator (messenger, guide, leader, measurer) had been suggested by Eleazar ben Judah of Worms (c. 1165 - c. 1230). Some sources suggest it was Archangel Metatron who is "the angel of the Lord" who led the Israelites through the wilderness.

Angel of Ascension

Archangel Metatron is perhaps the greatest of all heavenly hierarchs. He bestows ‘Cosmic Consciousness’ and Light body activation.
Archangel Metatron is the guardian of the threshold. Behind him stands the void; under him are all the other Archangels. The void contains all possibilities and when we traverse this 'space', the void, we come face to face with the 'Godhead'. This is the ultimate goal of human existence. On our path 'home' to the 'One Heart', Metatron is our most important guide to initiation. Metatron is keeper of the Akashic records and he holds the key to understanding sacred geometry. He is said to have taken human form as the prophet Enoch. He works with Lord Melchizedek (also known as Archangel Melchizedek). Melchizedek also took human for as a priest and king of Salem (present day Jerusalem) to for the order of Melchizedek; this was to co-ordinate the work of the Christ energy on Earth.

Archangel Metatron is the guardian of the Tree of Life - the journey of love; he is also known as the angel of the presence. His vortex of light is so luminous and vast that we often perceive him as a pillar of fire more dazzling than the sun. He is the light Moses saw as the burning bush. He is the light St. Paul encountered on the road to Damascus. In fact he is the light often seen by those who have experienced life-changing 'near death experiences'.

Metatron is considered a vast Angel and Archangel Sandalphon's twin reflection of the Divine. As twins they are the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end: their presence also reminds us of the esoteric expression "as above, so below".

Meditation

Make yourself comfortable in a chair, or sit cross-legged, or in the half lotus or full lotus posture: these classic forms make a triangular path for the energy field and stop it dissipating in all directions. For long meditations choose to sit in a comfortable steady posture with the spine and neck held erect but not tense.

The psychic current must be able to flow unimpeded from the base of the spine to the top of the head. When sitting, face north or east to take advantage of favourable magnetic vibrations. If sitting in a chair, choose a straight backed chair to give support and stop your diaphragm cramping. Your feet should be flat on the floor, your hands resting palms up on your knees or place your hands on your thighs, palms upward, and join your thumbs to your index fingers. Do not let your head loll forward as this will restrict your breathing.

Now pull the shoulders back ever so slightly and lift the chin a little, so there is a small pull on the back of the neck; this will ease the blood flow to the brain.
Hold your phenacite crystal in your hand of preference or place it on your crown chakra.
Close your eyes.
Begin to focus on your breathing, allow your breathing to be natural
Invoke Archangel Metatron to oversee the process.
Visualise, see or feel the vortex of white diamond light above your head, right about where you are sitting.
As the light descends, focus on breathing in the white light.
You will swiftly feel this ascension ray cleansing, harmonising, integrating and aligning all your subtle energy channels and activating your eight ascension points.
Allow yourself time to come back to everyday waking reality, but before you do.......make an appointment to meet Archangel Metatron again....and keep a written record of your experience. Keep your appointment to meet Archangel Metatron and work with your phenacite crystal. The more you practise this meditation, the more your light body and ascension points will be activated.

When working with Phenacite or Archangel Metatron you need to make sure to ground yourself very well afterwards as they are both very powerful, bringing deep altered states of consciousness. Many people report that they are instantly transported out of the body.
