You have written so many books have you any plans this year to release any more books. ?
There are no plans for a book this year. It can become such an automatic thing to produce a book year after year but I felt it was better to take a break, to do some work on my own development and take some time out to meditate and contemplate on what’s important here and now. There will be another book, hopefully next year, but I wanted it to be the right book not just any book.
I write for the Daily Mirror, the Scottish Daily Record, Now magazine, Fate and Fortune and Spirit and Destiny.
Apart form Tarot what other tools do you use ?
I use astrology as my main divination tool; in reality though I think we all use what’s best in each situation and trust in our intuition to guide us to it. Past life work, astrology, tarot and of course the Qabalah form the four mainstays of my working methods.
Your into astrology, People have used astrology in its various forms for many thousands of years. But do you think astrology has any bearing on the afterlife ?
If you have no afterlife and no reason to re-incarnate there is no reason for astrology. It’s bearing on the afterlife is simple, it offers you the best fit for circumstances as you re-incarnate to negate your Karma and to learn what you need to learn. It’s only a guide, it’s not cast in stone and any astrologer will tell you it’s about using the positive, working on the challenges and pushing to be the best you that you can be – astrology will guide you to that.

Whats your favourite method of divination ?
Astrology. It is time specific where some aren’t.
Can looking into past lifes help gain more insight, increased awareness, and a deeper understanding of our lifes today ?
Where do you think a lot of your habits come from? What about personal relationships and your motivation to do some of the things you do? It can help with insights into many things, just make sure you use a good practitioner and embrace the knowledge that comes to you through this dialogue with your soul.
You have traveled to many places world wide with your work, what place in the world have u enjoyed the most that left a lasting impression on you ?
Every country has its own special vibration, whether it’s the buzz of the USA or the serenity of parts of Thailand and choosing one isn’t easy. I think Australia has probably affected me more of late but in an unexpected way. I didn’t see much of the country as I was working most of the time but I met some people there who have inspired me in so many ways, good honest people who would share everything that have with you and expect nothing in return. I hope to return later this year, not to work but to spend time with them and have some fun!
If you could communicate with anyone, who would it be and why ?
I think I would keep it personal, family and friends; there take on what has happened to them
after death. In fact I do just that.
Whats been your favourite place that you have investigated ?
Hever Castle only for the sense of history, the sheer beauty of the place. It has a charm and
grace that actually brought me a great feeling of peace.
Spiritualism has gained much publicity and far more acceptance over the last few years . A lot of this has been through an increase in media programmes, publications and talented people like yourself. In your view what would you say are the positives and negatives of the increased media exposure to spiritualism in general, and do you think the media portray the correct message and knowledge?
Television is television, it brings the ideas and principles into the public eye and those who can see further than that or truly want to explore beyond it will do so. It’s a shop window, not the full stock of what’s really for sale. Sometimes the media portrays what a producer or director wants and there aren’t many producers or directors who have true occult or spiritual knowledge, even if they think they do.
What can any learning/pratising mediums learn from one of your many workshops and what advice would you give to them ?
I don’t tailor any of my workshops towards Mediumship, they can sometimes be about astrology, tarot or past life or using all those techniques in order to make some life changes. I am a Qabalist not a medium and use the training I was given. My main advice is to be yourself, don’t follow any one else’s star you have enough light to shine brightly yourself.
Work wise, what would you like for the future ?
Things are changing in the world and I feel many people will want more knowledge of the occult and spiritual worlds, with that in mind I am working towards my own school whether that’s on line, in a building or a combination of both that’s the goal.
Thank you David, we at Silent voices wish you good luck and best wishes for the future
