Greetings of love to you my precious ones who work effortlessly to help beautiful Terra Gaia and her kingdoms. I have seen the dedication that some of you go to, in this wonderful work, so tirelessly. Although some of this work is heart rendering and takes much courage and strength to do this all important work, you are determined to do it and your determination wins through. This beautiful planet is in much need of your effort. I can tell you there is much improvement and much advancement in the cleansing process, in repairing and healing. The metaphysical energy with the light work has raised the frequencies in the energy fields and will continue to do so. So please know that on those days when the energy levels do not feel very bright, know that your steadfastness of your continued work is making a difference. Although there is a great improvement do not falter or feel despondent on those days when
You feel at a low ebb, know the changes are active with great improvement.
 
The light sometimes attracts lower vibrations.

The more brighter that the light brings, you may at times find that the not so evolved beings are attracted to the light and will sometimes will come to close to you. It is noticed that you are not always comfortable with these lower density energies near you. Cleansing your energy field is a must and with this comes more protection as your energy fields become stronger. There comes a point when your energy fields will automatically reject any negative energy, this will come into being. Know that some of the lower density energies that you may be conscious of, are lower energy beings that need help. Many of these beings do not understand what is happening in the shifts that are coming through. Or what is causing their disorientation and imbalances they are feeling. These changes will sometimes affect their psychological wellbeing, as well as the emotional, mental, spirit as well as the physical bodies. This is where you can apply your natural counseling skills in a very subtle therapeutic way. It is not generally the case that they are suffering from a mental or psychological illness or disease. This must be clearly understood, you will be coming across these conditions more often with these symptoms. Many of you are already applying those skills as natural metaphysical counselors, this is very important.

As the frequencies are raised even more, there will be those who will have imbalances which will be affecting all the layers. Some people are able to comprehend what is happening to them is one of the reasons that cause the disturbances.

The step from yesterday to today.  
Even those of you who do energy work and are flowing with the changes, surfing the waves as many of you say. You yourself have had days when you, have been confused and disorientated. Know that those with lower density energies do understand the light and love, and are attracted to it. So dear ones, pay attention and know the reasons for the lower density energies. Not all of them have intentions of causing you discomfort, but will come close for that all important hand of yours that will reach out to them with that secure loving clasp. They have a lot of body work to be done to raise them up, as you will be aware of. Many of you have had the long cleansing process yourselves in your own journeys, to get where you are today.
 
Not always your own pain.
The effects of the lower energies that you feel are not always about you. There are times when you feel pain or feel very emotional and tend to think it is a past life injury or emotional trauma. The reasons for the change of energies that are affecting you are something that you all must look into. As you expand then you may well be feeling others pain and emotions. Be aware, and know that it will make a difference in your knowledge and what action to take to deal with it.
 
Effects on others.  
Remember the old, infirmed, disabled, elderly, the mentally or physically impaired are also feeling the effects, but are not adjusted. It is not a case that they are deteriorating in health or need stronger medications, but the all-important adjustment. Listen to those who may be speaking about their worries about category of people, perhaps you can help.
Those that are close to you also feel the energy changes that you have; to them you are a changed person, in some cases a different person to whom they once knew. You are doing different things; you speak of things that they do not understand. How many strange looks have you had from those close to you? Try to keep a balance as you go forward, remember that road you have travelled and the road in front of you. You are getting busier and busier in your time, this is good, but remember to find the time for those closest to you.
 
Comfort zones and comfort.
At this time in evolution when many are becoming more sensitive to the changing vibrations in their own and others energy fields. It is understandable that your preference will be for the higher frequency environment. I am aware that you are more comfortable in these energies, these energies you are resonating with. You must understand that being multidimensional, does mean that in your work you may sometimes need to adjust your own frequencies. This enables you to help those who have lower frequency energies that are not able to cope with the brilliance of the light or the powerful energies.

To continue in your spiritual, energy work you must be able to adjust the frequencies of your mechanisms. Do not be too hasty to stay in the higher frequencies, as this is not always the way, you must be able to expand in all directions to complete your work. In expansion there must be height, depth and width in the diversity of ways that comes with it. It is not just staying in your comfort zone because that is where you are happiest, this is not the way.

Adjustment is the word for 2012; this will improve your capabilities, the knowing how and when to alternate between the different frequencies. Your awareness of the reasons to adjust and your control of these mechanisms are vital. It is not a case of only ever going up; you have to be able to reach down to do the work required at times. Those of you who are from ancient star systems that have spent eons travelling, that have had long distance journey's, have more expertise. Those that have been doing important work with the metaphysical bodily transport systems will be finding alternating much easier than others, and find it exhilarating.
 
Waste no time.
Do not waste any time, snap out of tiredness and fatigue instantly, do not slow down, be positive at all times. Remember, it may not actually be yourself feeling tired, but some lower density energies not of your own that may be interfering. Some of you are instantly feeling what others are feeling when you think of them. It is important that you keep a check on this; control of your abilities is your responsibility. A positive attitude with your light will act as a quick pick me up. Keep working and never take yourself to the level of having nothing to do, or not wanting to do anything. There are many of you that are multitasking with your many skills, and still find the time to slot in more; many will be inspired by you.
 
Self-improvement.
Regarding your own capabilities of advancement then your diets will also have to be improved. What you feed your mind, bodies, souls, and spirits on all planes, kingdoms, realms and dimensions. Internally, and externally with all the layers, auras and energy fields all will need good nourishment. To be healed effectively then a good diet is necessary, as their will be less stagnation of the systems and organs with no blockages.

Know that organic is much better by far, not only are pesticides, insecticides and chemicals being fed to non-organics. These poisons are actually in the plants, herbs, fruits, vegetables and the nuts. These substances are of the lowest frequencies. Your DNA would be far better off without the harmful coding’s of the chemicals trying to attach their molecules and structures of these poisons in you. These will enter all your systems and organs, substances that your body does not want. This is what you are feeding your bodies with; this is what you feed your children with.

Try to obtain organic, ask in your store to provide the customers organics. Search out the fruit and vegetable shops that do stock organics. Growing your own may not be an option as many do not have gardens. Perhaps sharing an allotment or a piece of land that the farmer does not use, with some friends may be worth consideration who also like you want home grown organic food.
 
Diet.
You will know already without me reminding you, that your diets should be vegan and many of you are. Some are vegetarian but a vegetarian diet still contains animal substances which has much lower frequencies than a vegan diet. The purer the diet, the purer the energies, the purer the spirit and soul, the brighter the light, equals higher frequencies and vibrations. Making the effort will bring the rewards.

We do not harm the planet or her kingdoms, which includes the animal kingdoms. We do not cause the animal’s pain or suffering or take their lives from them. Indeed we love and cherish them with the highest respect, dignity and honor.

Those that know me will know that I, Archangel Metatron care very deeply for the animals, as do all the Archangels. We would not be Archangels unless we did, and truly love the animal kingdoms in every way.

To be in harmony with the universe then you must be in harmony with the planet and her kingdoms, this includes the animal kingdoms.
 
Overweight. 
If you are overweight then do make the effort to correct this, you will be less fatigued, lighter in weight, have more agility and vitality. Having the correct diet you will need to eat very little food due to your body functions working more efficiently. The nourishment from all the nutrients with the natural vitamins and amino acids will indeed feed your body and it will be well nourished.

Eating large amounts of the wrong food will in fact starve your body of the nourishment and you will be continuously hungry.
Drinking lots of water regularly will be very helpful to you all, more consumption of water at this time regardless, this is indeed precious.
 
Spiritual practices  
Continue with your spiritual practices and your meditations as these are very important regarding your own personal growth and wellbeing. Keep your sacred spaces in immaculate order for a clearer communication and protection. Always find the time to enter into your ethereal praying, meditation temple or sanctuary. If you have not visualized one for yourselves, please do so.
 
Important decisions made. 
It is seen that there is much more that is needed to be done on Terra Gaia and her kingdoms and very much is going on in the galaxies. Much more than many people are aware of. Much of this will be too intellectually intricate and delicate for the majority of people to understand. I say this without trying to undermine any intelligence upon my saying this. Celestial councils gather to discuss extremely important issues that will affect everyone, and all things on the planet. Timing is important; these changes will take effect at times.
Responsible decisions are being made and only when the time is right will you have an understanding and knowledge of these decisions.
 
Raising the standards.
Please know that the standards are being raised to such a high standard now, I emphasize really high standards. That entails that the human population will have to keep up with the higher frequencies that these standards will bring. This is something that the human population will have to personally work at. They do have a responsibility to raise their standards, not only for Terra Gaia but also for her kingdoms and personal selves. In evolution there is a personal responsibility to evolve to a higher standard to ascend to a higher plane of evolution that is compatible and resonates with that particular level. There are many facets in the ascension process; it is not as simple as raising your frequencies and ascending ascension is never that simple. Very old souls understand this and are from the ancient celestial schools of learning where every law of ascension is adhered to.
 
This special time. 
There will never be a time when this beautiful planet and her kingdoms will suffer the devastation that they have done so far. It is up to each of us to keep raising those standards.
 
Changes for all time.  
There is much higher celestial help coming, this help is from the highest celestial source. This help is of the highest standards and will expect the highest standards in return. You will find the influences coming are of a no nonsense vibration, remember dear ones never be deceived or fooled by any that refuse to raise the standards. There are those that continue to harm the planet and kingdoms so stay steadfast in your good work.

There is much in the way of more happenings coming that will change the planet and kingdoms for all time.
